Certificate Program

A certificate in biblical studies is available by completing the Core Requirement classes listed under the Course Listing section.

Upon satisfactory completion of all requirements of the course of study, the student will be awarded a certificate. The certificate signifies the scope of study that has been accomplished by the student.

Bachelor of Biblical Studies Program

The Bachelor of Biblical Studies is conferred on those meeting the following requirements:
  1. the candidate must have earned an Associate level degree or equivalent (60 credit hours) post secondary study; and

  2. the candidate must complete a minimum of 60 credit hours of specialized studies taken from the Tzemach Institute.

The required classes and electives are listed under the Course Listing section.

A copy of the transcripts from prior college-level work (60 credit hours minimum) must be sent to the Institute, along with a course description of each class completed.

The degree program of the Institute is designed solely for religious vocation in the field of ministry. Employment in certain areas may be regulated by the State Department of Business and Professional Regulations (e.g. counseling and social work). Additionally, the degree of Bachelor of Biblical Studies awarded by the Institute does not prepare the student to teach in a public school.
