Pigs Races Deter Mosque Building
There's an awful lot of exciting news in a community that just isn't used to it, as you round the corner on Baker Road. Two big yellow signs announce big changes for the West Houston, Texas community. One is a mosque that is being built, the other is announcing pig races, right next door, and also on Friday nights, which is the Muslim day of worship. Community residents have offered to buy the property back from the Katy Islamic Association for more than a million dollars. They not only did not accept the offer, but have asked the resident pig farmer, Craig Baker (who has deep family roots), to move. The new owners, of course, deny they ever said anything of the kind. Check it out!
TZEMACH NEWS SERVICE WILL BE IN ISRAEL
We're going to Israel with the group to "drink in the land" and to demonstrate against the Islamic occupation of God's holy mountain with Gershon Salomon and the Temple Mount and Land of Israel Faithful Movement. As a result, we will not be presenting a report for the next few weeks. We hope to meet you there. We especially look forward to meeting the Lord there!
You can still join us for this opportunity of a lifetime, to see the real Israel from the viewpoint of those who are living the Bible today. The experience will change your life. The tour has been coordinated and will be guided by Associate Pastor Jon Klein [pictured right], but you would, at this time, have to make your own travel arrangements.
