Religion of Hatred

In view of the recent murders of Jews, Christians and Arabs by Moslem individuals, the time has come for the world to reevaluate, its stance towards the "religion of peace", a religion which calls for its adherents to commit acts of utter depravity. A religion, which holds no respect for human life, and in reality, holds death up to a higher standard.

In 2004, 23-year-old Jewish disc Jockey Sebastien Selam was ruthlessly murdered by his Moslem neighbor. The murder was particularly heinous with his throat slit twice to near decapitation, his face and eyes ripped off and gouged out with a fork. The murderer ran from the scene dripping in blood screaming that he had killed his Jew and was going to heaven.

Early 2006 another Jewish youth, Ilan Halimi [also 23], was murdered by a gang of Moslem youth. He and his family were brutally tortured for nearly three weeks. His parents were tortured with constant phone calls and emails demanding a ransom while the tortured screams of their son were heard in the background along with "soothing" passages from the Koran. It was reported that numerous Moslem neighbors participated in the torture. Ilan’s mutilated body was found by a railway track outside Paris with numerous burns and knife wounds.

The barbarity of these acts is so repulsive. Wanton murders performed in the most heinous manner, based solely on hatred and an all-consuming desire for power. There are those that would argue that these murders are just the result of age-old hatreds and that this is nothing new. This might hold true except for the rising evidence to the contrary. In early 2006 a Moslem reporter, Atwar Bahjat and her crew were shot at point-blank range presumably by Shia mercenaries. Once again, there are those who would claim that this is nothing more than ethnic strife. However, Ms. Bahjat was the product of a mixed Sunni-Shia marriage and although described by her employer as a Sunni had gone on record objectively supporting both sides.

If the west paid more attention to the propaganda, which passes for sermons in mosques across the world, they would realize that this is solely an issue of dominance and hatred.

In Nigeria Muslims are using the “offensive” cartoons as an excuse to murder Christians. These same cartoons were printed in the Cairo Times in October of 2005 with no reaction whatsoever, yet four months later, they are published in a non-Muslim Danish publication and they have become so offensive that they are a matter of life and death. It is obvious that the cartoons are nothing more than an excuse for murder, chaos, and intimidation.

If the west paid more attention to the propaganda, which passes for sermons in mosques across the world, they would realize that this is solely an issue of dominance and hatred. One example of this is the May 13, 2005 sermon to the "Palestinian" people by Sheik Ibrahim Mudeiris, which included the following excerpt:

"We have ruled the world before, and by Allah, the day will come when we will rule the entire world again. The day will come when we will rule America. The day will come when we will rule Britain and the entire world – except for the Jews. The Jews will not enjoy a life of tranquility under our rule, because they are treacherous by nature, as they have been throughout history. The day will come when everything will be relieved of the Jews - even the stones and trees which were harmed by them. Listen to the Prophet Muhammad, who tells you about the evil end that awaits Jews. The stones and trees will want the Muslims to finish off every Jew."

Couple these acts together and it become obvious that this struggle is not about religion but about dominance and hatred. It is a struggle between cultures, and their differing views on the value of life.¹ A Judeo Christian culture which holds that life is sacred has no place in a Muslim culture which holds that life is cheap and expendable. Willingly sacrificing, even the youngest among them, in the pursuit of control. These are a people stuck in the middle Ages and even their fighting tactics come from that age with torture and maiming freely employed in the murdering of the innocent.

The West is quick to condemn ignorant American soldiers for humiliating Muslim prisoners at Abu Grab, but when it comes to the brutal murder of innocents at the hands of individuals, who are closer to animals than human beings, not a word is said. It is clear that these individuals have no respect for life and that although their primary target is Jews; their murderous hatred has begun to spill onto their fellow Muslim.

The time has come to put aside all considerations of multiculturalism and tolerance and realize that this is a struggle for our survival. Let us not be the Neville Chamberlains of our times and hide behind our hopes, we must face reality and deal with the monstrous dragon that has arisen head on. These individuals are continually proving that life, whether of their victims or their own, means nothing to them. It is not their barbarity that we should fear but rather our own complacency. Like Ostriches, we hide our heads in the sand, and hope that if we are loving and forgiving enough, the problem will go away. That is why the US government continues to pump money into Hamas and other terrorist organizations in an attempt to legitimize them. It is also, why we willfully fail to realize that the "religion of peace" is really the "religion of hatred".

While they are calling for our destruction, we sugarcoat the situation and speak of tolerant and moderate Muslims. Unfortunately, we may well become the authors of our own demise.
